The present invention is configured to include a winding unit and rollers to unrolling and transporting a rolled electrode, a laser notching unit making a flag shape by notching to an uncoated portion of the electrode transported through the roller , an air nozzle unit for separating discharging a scrap by injecting air to the uncoated portion of the electrode notched by the laser notching unit , and a collection unit for strongly suctioning and discharging the scrap separated and discharged by the air nozzle unit by air.",
