One purpose of the present invention is to improve freedom for direction and range of light that is radiated. A lamp unit (2) is provided with: a light source (7) that outputs light; a rotating reflector (8) that rotates with an axis of rotation (A) as a fulcrum and has a plurality of reflecting surfaces (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 8e, 8f) that reflect the light output by the light source; and a light control member (9) to which light reflected by the plurality of reflecting surfaces is incident and which controls light that is incident thereto.
