The rear bumper has: a panel wall (112) arranged at a rear end of the vehicle; and a bottom wall (114) extending from a lower end (116) of the panel wall to a front side of the vehicle. The fixing member has: a front wall (136) separated, to the front side of the vehicle, from the panel wall and facing the panel wall, the front wall (136) being joined to the bottom wall; and an upper wall (138) extending from an upper end of the front wall to the rear side of the vehicle and joined to the panel wall, the upper wall (138) linking the panel wall to the front wall.
