The attachment member may comprise a split ring or discontinuous ring comprising arcuate members that allows inductive coupling between a charge transmitting coil and a charge receiving coil to be achieved as the arcuate members do not interfere with the inductive coupling. Specifically, rather than a solid plate in which the RF energy emitted by the charge transmitting coil generates eddy currents in the plate, the arcuate members are substantially transparent to the RF energy such that inductive coupling may be achieved.",
