In order to securely hold the angle supports (4) in their active position and to be able to bring them into a position in their inactive position in which they do not generate air turbulence and thus additional driving noise, the construction according to the invention is designed such that the angle supports (4) have two fastening legs (5) extending over the cross bars (2), that the fastening legs (5) are pivotable about a common pivot axis (6) provided on the respective cross bar (2), that the angle supports (4) can be applied in their active position in a vertical position against a stop, and that the angle supports (4) can be folded down onto the respective cross bar (2) in their inactive position and then rest on it.",
