The bracket (20) has a beam joint wall (20B) to which the rear end portion of the impact beam (18) is joined, a connecting wall (20C) that stands inward in the vehicle width direction from the beam joint wall (20B), and a panel joint wall (20P) connected to an end portion of the connecting wall (20C) and joined to the side wall (14S). The panel joint wall (20P) overlaps a flared portion (30A) of a vehicle body panel in the longitudinal direction.",
