"textContent": "In a throttle body assembly with an attached bypass control device, a control base (5) is joined to a mounting face (1a) formed on one side of the throttle body (1), a first communication groove (16) communicating with a downstream end of an upstream passage (14) of the bypass (13) and a second communication groove (17) communicating with an upstream end of a downstream passage (15) of the bypass (13) are formed in the mounting face (1a), a valve guide hole (7), an inflow hole (11) providing communication between the first communication groove (16) and the valve guide hole (7), and a metering hole (10) providing communication between the second communication groove (17) and the valve guide hole (7) and being opened and closed by a control valve (12) are formed in the control base (5), and the valve guide hole (7), the control valve (12), and the electric motor (20) are provided so that a common axis (Y) thereof points in a direction perpendicular to an axis (X) of an air intake path (2), and the metering hole (10) and a downstream end part of the downstream passage (15) are disposed with an offset (S) from each other along the axis (X) of the air intake path (2). This enables the bypass control device to be formed and assembled separately from the throttle body assembly.",
