A user interface and a method for adjusting a damper of a vehicle are proposed. The method comprises the steps of: - displaying a button for selecting at least one stored suspension setting on a display unit (3), - opening an edit mode for the button to adjust the stored suspension setting, and - operating a slider (4) of the edit mode to adjust the damper.
