This isolation element (22) between a device comprising a circuit connected to a catenary and a cooling member (20) of the device comprises: a conductive section (36) extending along a longitudinal axis (A-A') and being applied against the device; at least one isolation section (32, 34) attached against the conductive section; and a layer (38) of insulating material (40) applied against the conductive section. The conductive section comprises on a wall (64A, 64B) a flange (66A, 66B) defining a zone (70A) of progressive penetration of the isolation section (32, 34) in contact with the conductive section and the layer (38), the progressive penetration zone defining a junction interface (72A) between the isolation section (32, 34), the conductive section (36) and the layer (38), and being configured to allow a relieving of dielectric stresses at the level of the junction interface.
