SLIDABLE ROLL-OFF TIPPER
DRIVE
November 18, 2015
Known roll-off tipper vehicles have a loading arm with a fixed auxiliary frame (3). Furthermore, only two guide rollers (9) are provided at the rear end. A disadvantage of the known fixed-position roll-off tippers (1) is, on the one hand, that relatively short lever arms occur during loading and unloading and thus the load being loaded and unloaded is significantly limited in size. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that steep approach angles of the container bin (6) occur both during loading and unloading, and the length of the container bins (6) is limited by the length of the roll-off tipper itself. The load is disadvantageously distributed over only two rollers. The invention reduces the disadvantages by means of a vehicle (1) for transporting a container bin (6) with a loading arm (4) which is pivotally hinged on an auxiliary frame (3), wherein an adjustment device (27) for the auxiliary frame (3) is provided, with which the auxiliary frame (3) can be moved back and forth in a longitudinal direction (L) of the vehicle (1) between an unloading position and a transport position. Furthermore, four guide rollers (9) are provided at the rear end, which better distribute the load of the container bin (6).
