A heat exchanger arrangement (1) for a drive unit of an agricultural work machine, in particular a tractor or a self-propelled harvesting machine, with at least two heat exchangers (2, 3, 4) arranged directly next to one another and capable of being acted upon in parallel by a cooling air flow (5) and with at least one cooling air fan (7) for generating a cooling air flow (5), is characterized in that, with respect to the direction of the cooling air flow (5), an adjustable air guide element (10, 11, 12) influencing the cooling air flow (5) is arranged before or behind each of the heat exchangers (2, 3, 4).
