The present invention relates to a thermal management device (1) comprising a first refrigerant circulation circuit (A) and a second heat transfer fluid circulation circuit (B) and a dual circulation condenser (30), the first refrigerant circulation circuit (A) comprising: - at least two evaporators (10a, 10b), - at least one compressor (11) placed downstream of the evaporators (10a, 10b) and upstream of the condenser (30), - an expansion valve (12) placed downstream of the condenser (30), - a separation tank (13) placed downstream of the expansion valve (12), - a first expansion device (14a) comprising a shut-off function placed between the separation tank (13) and the first evaporator (10a), and - a second expansion device (14b) comprising a shut-off function placed between the separation tank (13) and the second evaporator (10b), and the second heat transfer fluid circulation circuit (B) comprising: - at least two heat exchangers (20a, 20b), - a three-way valve (22) placed between the condenser (30) and the heat exchangers (20a, 20b).
