Embodiments of this application disclose a battery pack, an energy storage system, and a power supply method. A first unilateral conduction component is disposed in the battery pack, and the first unilateral conduction component serves as an activation path to activate an auxiliary power supply circuit. In addition, a second unilateral conduction component is further disposed in the battery pack, and the second unilateral conduction component serves as another activation path to activate the auxiliary power supply circuit. With this arrangement, a voltage source for activating a power conversion unit may be input through a plurality of activation paths. If a voltage for activating the auxiliary power supply circuit cannot be input through one of the activation paths, the voltage for activating the auxiliary power supply circuit can be input through another activation path, to ensure that the auxiliary power supply circuit can be activated to operate, and improve reliability of the energy storage system.
