Roof hatch for vehicles

The invention relates to a roof hatch (10) for vehicles, comprising a substantially rectangular hatch frame (11), a substantially rectangular hatch cover (12), sealing means between the hatch frame (11) and the hatch cover (12), and means for supporting the hatch cover (12) on the hatch frame (11), which consist in each case of two actuators (13) attached to the narrow sides of the hatch cover (12) and the hatch frame (11) and operable manually or by electric motor. According to the invention, it is provided that a spring-supported lever mechanism (14) located in a substantially flatly dimensioned hatch frame (11) is designed for actuating the actuators (13).
