The vehicle light source module (1) includes a substrate (11) and a plurality of light-emitting units (12A, 12B). The light-emitting units (12A, 12B) are disposed on the substrate (11) and spaced apart from each other. Each of the light-emitting units (12A, 12B) has a light-emitting surface (SA, SB). A minimum separation distance (DL) is defined between the light-emitting surfaces (SA, SB) of any two adjacent ones of the light-emitting units (12A, 12B), and is less than or equal to 0.3 millimeters. The light-emitting units (12A, 12B) can jointly emit a first light source and a second light source that have different chromaticities. The vehicle light optical assembly (2) can reflect or refract the first light source and the second light source.",
