A vehicle having a plurality of operator controls (32, 33, 34, 35, 36), an operator seat (31) moveable between a first (41) and second (42) position, securing means (40) for releasably securing the seat (31) in the first position (41), and a single operator actuated means (50) operable to both selectively disable one or some of the operator controls (32, 33, 34, 35, 36) and selectively release the securing means (40) to allow the seat (31) to move away from the first position (41), the single operator actuated means (50) being the sole means for selectably releasing the securing means (40).
