The invention relates to a decorative part (10) for a vehicle interior and a method for manufacturing the decorative part (10) and a device for manufacturing the decorative part (10) and for carrying out the method. The decorative part (10) comprises a carrier (11) with a decorative layer (12) formed by the carrier (11) or arranged on the carrier (11), which has a front side (16) designed as a visible side of the decorative part (10), and an at least partially transparent and/or translucent paint structure (13) on the front side (16) of the decorative layer (12) and is characterized in that the paint structure (13) comprises at least two paint layers (14, 15) formed on the front side (16) of the decorative layer (12), in particular molded on, and arranged one above the other, wherein a front side (17) of the outermost paint layer (15) facing away from the decorative layer (12) has a substantially smooth surface, wherein in each case two overlying paint layers (14, 15) define an interface (18) between them, and wherein the at least one interface (18) in relation to the substantially smooth surface of the front side (17) of the outermost paint layer (15) has an at least partially three-dimensional structure.
