A transfer gearbox has a differential gearbox (8) arranged coaxially to the input shaft (1), by means of which a first output shaft (11) arranged coaxially to the input shaft (1) and a second output shaft (14) arranged at a distance from the input shaft (1) can be driven, and has an auxiliary output which is permanently driven via a spur gear set (2).
