CONVEYOR BELT AND VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME
DRIVE
September 23, 2015
In a conveyor belt with a circulating belt guided around two deflection elements and with drive elements which are arranged laterally next to the belt, move together with the belt, and are operatively connected to the belt in such a way that the belt is carried along by the movement of the drive elements, the invention proposes that the drive elements on both sides of the belt each have a flexible tension element, as well as drive lugs which are fastened on the one hand to the drive element and on the other hand to the belt, wherein the flexible tension element has a greater height in cross-section than the drive lugs, and extends within a guide profile which has a substantially C-shaped bounded recess, wherein the recess forms firstly a cavity and secondly an adjoining slot, and wherein the flexible tension element extends lengthwise through the cavity and is connected to the belt through the slot.
