The present invention relates to a hybrid battery comprising a housing, also comprising a first energy storage apparatus, a second energy storage apparatus, a detection control circuit, an equalizer circuit, and a charging circuit connected between the first energy storage apparatus and the second energy storage apparatus. The negative terminals of the first energy storage apparatus and of the second energy storage apparatus lead out a negative pole. The positive terminal of the first energy storage apparatus is connected to a first fixed contact of a relay. The positive terminal of the second storage is connected to a second fixed contact of the relay. The detection control circuit is connected to a coil of the relay. The input terminal of the relay leads out a positive pole. The first energy storage apparatus, the second energy storage apparatus, the detection control circuit, the equalizer circuit, the charging circuit, the relay are arranged within the housing. The positive pole and the negative pole respectively are connected to the positive electrode and to the negative electrode of an electrical device. The hybrid battery has great reliability and an extended service life and is environmentally friendly.
