[Means for Achieving the Purpose] The double-folding-type automotive seat includes: a seat cushion SC having a forward end portion rotatably mounted on a floor of the automobile and an engagement piece provided to a rear end portion of the seat cushion, the engagement piece being normally disposed near to the floor of the automobile and displaceable with the seat cushion; a seat back SB having a lower end portion rotatably mounted on the floor of the automobile; and a headrest HR detachably mounted on a top portion of said seat back. In this seat, at a bottom surface of the headrest HR, there is provided a headrest attaching portion 6 so configured to permit insertion therein of the aforesaid engagement piece 8 of the seat cushion.",
