To provide a harness routing structure for an electric vehicle whereby a load acting on a harness running through a floor panel in the event of a front collision of a vehicle can be reduced. A harness routing structure for an electric vehicle is configured with a battery pack (5) disposed below a floor panel (10), and a PTC heater (84) disposed above the floor panel (10) and further toward the front of the vehicle than the battery pack (5). The battery pack (5) and the PTC heater (84) are connected by a strong-current harness (13) running through a harness through-hole (14) formed in the floor panel (10). The harness through-hole (14) is set in an intermediate position in the vehicle-length direction between a strong-current connector terminal (57C) where one end (13a) of the strong-current harness (13) is connected and a clip-fixing position (87a) where the other end (13b) of the strong-current harness (13) is connected.
