The spring device (26) comprises a spring unit (260) with a spring characteristic and the damper device has a damping characteristic. The spring unit (260) comprises a fluid spring (261) provided with a compressible fluid having a positive chamber (27) provided with the compressible fluid and a negative chamber (28) provided with the compressible fluid. The positive chamber is bounded by a suspension piston (37). The spring characteristic of the spring unit is controllably changed via an electrically actuable actuator and the actuator is controlled via an electrical control device. An adjustable compensation device (290) is provided with which, controlled by the control device (60), at an adjustable position (291, 292) via the compensation device (290) a fluid exchange between the negative chamber (280) and the positive chamber (270) can be established.",
