The invention primarily relates to a heating conductive wire element which is essentially characterized in that it comprises a heating conductive strand (16) arranged in a helix around a central fiber (17), the pitch between each strand (16) in at least a first zone (A1) of said wire element (18) being a first value (P1) for the production of a first linear heating power (PL1), and the pitch between each strand (16) in at least a second zone (A2) of said wire element (18) being a second value (P2) lower than the first value (P1) for the production of a second linear heating power (PL2) greater than the first linear heating power (PL1). The invention also relates to a heating and transport line for windshield washer liquid comprising at least one liquid circulation channel located in proximity to a heating conductive wire made from the aforementioned wire element (18). The invention furthermore relates to a wiping device for a vehicle glass surface integrating at least one such line and to a method for manufacturing a line.
