The present invention relates to an air diffuser (10) with an adjustment insert (14) for adjusting the air flow flowing out of the air diffuser (10), wherein the air flow is adjustable by a rotation of the adjustment insert (14), with at least one first light guide (24) and with at least one second light guide (26), wherein the first light guide (24) is fixedly attached to a housing (12) of the air diffuser (10) and the second light guide (26) is fixedly attached to the adjustment insert (14), wherein the first light guide (24) and the second light guide (26) are rotatable relative to one another and the second light guide (26) is illuminable by the first light guide (24) and by means of the second light guide (26) a backlit section (20) of the adjustment insert (14) is illuminable.
