An electrical junction box (10) includes a casing (11) and a relay (26A) that is accommodated in the casing (11) and has a relay case (32) and a terminal portion (33), the terminal portion (33) being accommodated in the relay case (32) and having a fixed contact (FC) and a movable contact (MC). A small heat amount-generating region (31) that generates a smaller amount of heat than the relay (26A) does when current flows through the relay (26A) is formed in the casing (11), and the relay (26A) is disposed in such an attitude that the fixed contact (FC) and the movable contact (MC) are located on the small heat amount-generating region (31) side.
