  "textContent": "The invention mainly concerns a starter launcher for a heat engine of a motor vehicle comprising a pinion carrier (83) on which is mounted a drive pinion (32), a driver (81) mounted on a drive shaft (33), characterized in that it further comprises a friction clutch (82) interposed between the driver (81) and the drive pinion (32) comprising a reaction element (91) rotationally integral with the drive pinion (32) and a pressure element (92) rotationally integral with the driver (81), a set of internal disks (931, 932) and external disks (941-943) alternately rotationally linked with the driver (81) and the pinion carrier (83), as well as at least one elastic means (96, 97) arranged so as to ensure a stepped transmission of torque by the clutch (82) when said clutch (82) passes from the unlocked state to the locked state, such that the level of torque transmitted by the clutch (82) presents at least one intermediate torque passage threshold for which only part of the facing surfaces of the internal disks (931, 932) and external disks (941-943) are in contact with one another and a final torque passage threshold higher than the intermediate torque passage threshold for which all the facing surfaces of the internal disks (931, 932) and external disks (941-943) are in contact with one another.",
