A method of transporting thermosensitive products in a refrigerated truck, wherein the truck is equipped with at least one storage chamber (1) for the products, the truck further comprising a heating system capable of heating the internal air in at least one of the chambers, the heating system being an air heater type system, wherein air to be heated, coming from outside and/or from inside the chamber, is blown, using a hot air circulation fan (3), through a heating thermal exchanger (2) located inside the chamber, characterized in that the regulation of the heating is carried out by acting on one or some of the hot air circulation fans, by ordering, on the basis of taking into account one or more events, a feedback of stopping the ventilation, or of decreasing the ventilation speed, or of increasing the ventilation speed, of the concerned fan or fans.
