Reflector damper bracket
DRIVE

A headlamp assembly (100) typically includes a high beam reflector (2) and a low beam reflector (3). A linkage (200) synchronizes the aim of a high beam reflector (2) with a low beam reflector (3) while also providing damping for both reflectors (2,3) to stop them from visibly shaking or fluttering the light beam under vibration in actual use. The damping linkage (200) could also be employed in a single reflector environment.
