For example, when the own vehicle is able to travel only by a power of an electric generator (12), the vehicle state changing unit (1i) is configured to suppress the own vehicle sound by changing the vehicle state of the own vehicle to a travel state where the own vehicle travels only by the power of the electric generator (12).
