Spindle (10), for example for an electronic parking brake, for screwing with a pressure nut having a cam, with a power application point (12) at one end, a shaft (14) arranged opposite the power application point (12) with a rotation axis (16) and with an external thread (18) for screwing on the pressure nut, and with a plate (20) arranged in between having stop cams (22, 24) for the cam of the pressure nut, wherein the external thread (18) is configured as a double-start thread and two stop cams (22, 24) offset from one another by 180° are arranged on the end face of the plate (20) on the shaft side.
