Hub for two-wheeled vehicles with a hub housing and method for manufacture, wherein the hub housing is rotatably mounted on the axle via at least one bearing. The hub housing comprises a first forged part and a second forged part, wherein the first and second forged parts are connected to one another via at least one sleeve and wherein both forged parts have a plurality of outwardly projecting fastening flanges for fastening spoke units.
