The invention relates to a decorative part (10) for a vehicle interior, comprising a cover layer (11) and a carrier (12), wherein the cover layer (11) is applied directly onto the carrier (12). The invention is characterized in that the cover layer (11) consists of polyurethane, abbreviated PUR, or of polyurea, abbreviated PUA, and in that the carrier consists of a mixture of at least one thermoplastic on the one hand and at least one thermoplastic elastomer based on urethane, abbreviated TPU or TPE-U, on the other hand.
