Motor control system of electric bike and method for controlling the same

Disclosed herein is a motor control system of an electric bike, including: a driving speed detection unit (D) detecting a driving speed; a wheel speed detection unit (170) detecting a rotational speed of a wheel; and a motor driving control unit (120) controlling a driving of a motor, in which the motor driving control unit (120) receives values detected by the driving speed detection unit (D) and the wheel speed detection unit (170) to estimate a chain gear ratio so as to control a driving of the motor.
