Overmoulded composite brake pedal device

The present invention relates to a brake pedal device (1), comprising a body (8) constituted of at least two half-shells (9,10) made of composite material, said half-shells (9,10) having complementary shapes and presenting on one of their faces a concave surface (12), characterized in that said half-shells (9,10) are assembled in fastening at the level of their said respective face, so that their concave surface (12) constitutes a hollow interior space that is closed within said body (8). The invention also relates to the method of manufacturing such a pedal (1).
