A rubber chafer outer end 75a is positioned to the outside of the rim flange ridge 215 in the tire radial direction trd. A soft rubber member 60 is provided between the carcass outer end 45a and a rubber chafer 70. The soft rubber member 60 has a hardness lower than those of the bead filler 50 and rubber chafer 70.
