A fixture (3) is attached to a hollow tube (1) and has a pair of shafts (3a) protruding in a width direction W. A handle (2) has a base portion (2a) and a grip portion (2b) located at an end (2a2) on the outside of the base portion (2a). The base portion (2a) has a pair of side portions (2ac) sandwiching both side surfaces of the fixture (3). The pair of side portions (2ac) each have a hole (2ae) receiving corresponding one of the pair of shafts (3a). A restriction portion (7a) of a displacement preventing plate (7) restricts a movement of the side portions (2ac) in the width direction (W) in a portion (R1) of each of the side portions (2ac) located between an end (PE) on the grip portion (2b) side of the fixture (3) and an end (2ac1) on the hollow space (1e) side of the base portion (2a).
