The present disclosure provides a DC-DC converter including: a plurality of terminals having more than two terminals disposed in the inlet corresponding to one DC link; an interlock recognition circuit electrically connected to the plurality of terminals; and a converter controller determining a connector interlock state of the inlet based on an output terminal state of the interlock recognition circuit, wherein the interlock recognition circuit is configured to determine the output terminal state in response to whether a connector having an interlock connection part for short circuiting different two of the plurality of terminals when the inlet is interlocked and the output terminal state corresponding to the type of the interlock connection part.",
