VEHICLE LAMP

A vehicle lamp, whose outgoing light emitted from a lamp lens to an outside can satisfy vehicle regulations, includes: a lamp housing and a lamp lens which form a lamp chamber, and an excitation-light irradiation unit and a light conversion unit disposed in the lamp chamber. The lamp lens is constituted by a red lens. Since most of outgoing light emitted from the lamp lens to the outside is secondary light, vehicle regulations may be satisfied.
