A circuit for EMC in a power input circuit includes at least two wirings of a high-potential-side wiring and a low-potential-side wiring having different potentials and formed on a circuit board, a cutoff part having one end connected to the high-potential-side wiring , a capacitor connected between the other end of the cutoff part and the low-potential-side wiring , a cutoff part having one end connected to the high-potential-side wiring , a capacitor connected between the other end of the cutoff part and the low-potential-side wiring , and a capacitor connected between a connection part where the cutoff part and the capacitor are connected and a connection part where the cutoff part and the capacitor are connected. This can reduce the number of capacitors while preventing a decrease in the capacitance.
