BATTERY PACK AND COMMUNICATION METHOD THEREOF

The present disclosure relates to a battery pack (100) and a communication method thereof, and a technical problem to be solved is to propose a mechanism that enables a master battery management system (BMS) (30) and a plurality of slave BMSs (200) to perform surface plasmon resonance (SPR)-based optical communication. To this end, the present disclosure is directed to providing a configuration in which a nano-structured surface is formed on an inner side of an upper cover of a pack case (110), and the nano-structured surface allows a slave BMS (200) and a master BMS (30) to perform SPR-based optical communication.
