The charger is provided with the first and second charging circuits, which can realize three charging modes on the battery. The real-time voltage signal and the real-time current signal are collected with the battery voltage detection circuit and the charging current detection circuit, and through feedback of the real-time voltage signal and the real-time current signal, the MCU is configured to output PWM signals with different duty ratios to the constant-current driving control circuit and the constant-voltage driving control circuit, so as to realize output of different voltage values and current values of the switching power supply.",
