A battery exchange method based on a vehicle condition is adaptive for a battery energy station (100) used for storing and charging a plurality of batteries (112). First, a battery exchange request is received, and a vehicle condition corresponding to a vehicle is obtained according to the battery exchange request. Then, in a battery selection operation, at least one target battery is selected from the batteries (112) according to the vehicle condition, and the at least one target battery is provided in response to the battery exchange request.
