The present disclosure relates to a tape attachment device for a secondary battery and a tape attachment method using the same and provides a tape attachment device for a secondary battery which includes a first attachment roller disposed in a direction substantially parallel to a first direction and a second attachment roller disposed in a direction substantially parallel to a second direction intersecting the first direction, wherein the first attachment roller and the second attachment roller bring tape into close contact with a secondary battery while moving in a direction substantially parallel to a third direction intersecting the first direction and the second direction.
