The present invention relates to a transparent roof panel assembly for a vehicle comprising a panel, a light source and a light in-coupling element wherein the light source is provided in a serviceable manner. The invention further relates to a method for attaching and removing said light source, and a vehicle comprising said transparent roof panel assembly.
