A roll press apparatus for manufacturing an electrode plate includes a frame portion, a first roller rotatable on the frame portion, the first roller being configured to press a first surface of an electrode plate, a second roller rotatable on the frame portion, the second roller being configured to press a second surface of the electrode plate facing the first surface, and an air spray part on the frame portion, the air spray part being configured to spray air onto a surface on the electrode plate pressed by the first roller and the second roller.
