  "textContent": "The invention relates to a method for operating a driver assistance system (26) of a motor vehicle (12) when traversing an intersection (10) as a function of a recognized right-of-way traffic regulation at the intersection (10), comprising the steps: a) approaching (S1) the intersection (10) at an originally set travel speed, b) upon entering a predetermined area around the intersection (10), recognizing (S2) the right-of-way traffic regulation at the intersection (10), a stopping point (24) assigned to the intersection (10), and an acceleration point (22) assigned to the intersection (10), wherein the driver assistance system (26), upon approach of the motor vehicle (12) to the stopping point (24) c) generates (S3) an indication regarding the recognized right-of-way traffic regulation to a driver of the motor vehicle (12), and/or d) independently intervenes (S4) in a drive system (28) of the motor vehicle (12) to reduce the originally set travel speed of the motor vehicle (12) to an approach speed that is reduced compared to the originally set travel speed.",
