The first body includes a first magnetic member, and a mounting structure for mounting of an electronic device is disposed on the first body. The second body includes a second magnetic member, the second magnetic member is configured to cooperate with the first magnetic member to generate mutually attractive forces, and the second magnetic member and the first magnetic member are respectively absorbed on two sides of a support apparatus by the mutually attractive forces. The anti-slip member is connected to a surface that is of the first body and that is on a side facing the second body. For the electronic device mounting apparatus provided in the embodiment of this application, there is no need to rely on a pole near a house or a double-sided tape, and operations such as drilling holes in a wall or a wooden board by using a dedicated tool are also not required. The first body and the second body can be fastened on the support apparatus, for example, glass, through magnetic attraction, and mounting can be completed by a user through manual operations. This ensures mounting reliability while facilitating mounting. In addition, the anti-slip member is disposed on the first body, so that it can be ensured that an absorption position remains fixed or basically fixed after the first body is absorbed on the glass, thereby ensuring stability of mounting the electronic device.",
