A rechargeable lithium battery device are provided, relating to the technical field of lithium battery devices. The rechargeable lithium battery device includes a battery core, a circuit board, a positive electrode conductive sheet, a negative electrode conductive sheet, and an insulating bracket. A conductive shell is electrically connected to the negative electrode of battery core, and the conductive shell is insulated from the positive electrode of battery core. The circuit board is respectively connected to the positive electrode of battery core and the conductive shell through the positive electrode conductive sheet and the negative electrode conductive sheet, thereby forming a complete charging loop of the circuit board and the battery core. The positive electrode conductive sheet and the negative electrode conductive sheet are simple in structure, easy to assemble, and can be connected by touching, thus reducing the risk of short circuit.
