The BPS may include a measuring instrument for providing the battery measurement information; and a communication converter that receives the first CAN signal from the CAN analysis device, converts the first CAN signal according to the communication method of the measuring instrument to generate a first simulation control signal to be provided to the measuring instrument, and receives the battery measurement information from the measuring instrument to be transmitted to the CAN analysis device.",
